Screenflair Return Policy applies to www.screenflair.com purchasers only
Order the wrong thing? Doesn't work for you? Want to return it? No Problem!
If you purchased a product directly from Screenflair through our website, www.screenflair.com, and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, send it back within thirty (30) days of purchase for your refund. In order for the item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
U.S. customers: Please send your order details to email@example.com to initiate the return process. Once we have received your product, your original payment method will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
Screenflair is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Screenflair. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Screenflair via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Promptly following Screenflair’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), Screenflair will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Screenflair does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund. Screenflair will not provide a refund for a product that is received by Screenflair more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Screenflair also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Screenflair’s website.
